Return & Refund Policy
All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Printful.
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at warriorsmusickbookings@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for review.

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note: because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.

Kobi Experience LLC (Warriors Musick Official Store) reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions.
